Business Hours and Operations 

Your Brand in Print is here to fulfill all your printing and designing needs five days a week, Monday-Friday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. CST, and we observe all Federal Holidays.

Banner Stand/Drape Rental Policy (Detroit & Houston Only)

All Banner Stand and Drapes are available for rental up to 12 hours. In the event of any damage to our property, we will keep your deposit to pay for damages. 

• Banner Stand Deposit:$50
• Drape Deposit:$50

Monetary Fulfillment Terms

Simple, Fast, & Easy

YBIP accepts all major debit/credit cards, Cash App, Cash (In Person Only), Zelle, or you may choose to pay via invoice. 

• We DO NOT accept deposits at any time for any orders (from any fulfillment term)
• We DO NOT start work without full payment (from any fulfillment term)

Refund Policy

We believe in being fair with our customers regarding returns/refunds. However, in some cases, we WILL NOT offer a refund of any kind. Refunds will take 7-10 business days to fulfill. We DO NOT provide SAME DAY REFUNDS. The refund will process the same way it was initially tendered. (I.e., if the ordered was fulfilled via cash app, then it will be refunded via cash app 7-10 business days of the request)

Eligible Refund Qualifications:

• Missed deadline on our behalf
• Graphic or Design Mistake on our behalf

Un-Eligible Refund Qualifications:

• Unsighted mistakes on *FINAL PROOF*
• If the product has been altered or used
• Failure to submit high-quality graphics/photos when ordering (All graphics must be 300 DPI or higher
• Lost or damaged items via the carrier service (once the product leaves our care, we are NO LONGER in control)
• Items shipped to the incorrect address due to NOT checking the "use different/same” address option

Please Note: If your case results in a FULL refund, the product(s) MUST be returned to YBIP (you are responsible for the return shipping cost). All refunds are at the discretion of YBIP and can change at any time.

Full Refund: Occurs when NO work has been done (i.e., proof, graphics) missed deadline, or there is a graphic or design mistake on our behalf Shipping and Production Outline

Expedited (Rush) Shipping: 1-2 Business Days (Holidays Not Included)
