Refund Policy
We believe in being fair with our customers regarding returns/refunds. However, in some cases, we WILL NOT offer a refund of any kind. Refunds will take 7-10 business days to fulfill. We DO NOT provide SAME DAY REFUNDS. The refund will be processed the same way it was initially tendered. (I.e., if the ordered was paid via cash app, then it will be refunded via cash app 7-10 business days of the request)
Eligible Refund Qualifications:
- Missed deadline on our behalf
- Graphic or Design Mistake on our behalf
Un-Eligible Refund Qualifications:
- Unsighted mistakes on *FINAL PROOF*
- If the product has been altered or used
- Failure to submit high-quality graphics/photos when ordering (All graphics must be 300 DPI or higher
- Lost or damaged items via the carrier service (once the product leaves our care, we are NO LONGER in control)
- Items shipped to the incorrect address due to NOT checking the "use different/same” address option
Please Note: If your case results in a FULL refund, the product(s) MUST be returned to YBIP (you are responsible for the return shipping cost). All refunds are at the discretion of YBIP and can change at any time.
